“ I always struggled to find good options for dining in Monterrey. Sometimes too expensive (and not great) and other times just bad (bad!) food. We chose the 3 meal course with wine pairing, the food is consistent and well prepared and the waiter was pretty knowledgeable about wine and really attentive. Our favorite course was the dessert though, pumpkin with a cream and dehydrated lemon with an Italian vermut for pairing. The wine menu is amazing. ”

Serving is not slow, but the dishes are made on the spot, so you do have to wait; wait staff tells you this, and lets you know which dishes should take more time to prepare and be ready. You get a free bread, and an assortment of spreads before the meal. Prices as expected, but they are worth it. ”
